Just like with the Vitamix 5200 Blender / Total Nutrition Center and the Vita Prep 2 blenders, this high performance blender comes with the on/off switch to the right, the variable speed turning knob in the center, and the override switch 'variable speed / fast' on the left.
The Vitamix Vitaprep 3 hp blender has originally been designed for the Nursing Home industry. In other words, it is an old-folk blender. You know what that means?
